How I get Free Stuff

Getting free stuff is awesome! And. for the most part, pretty simple.
I have been searching for and getting free stuff for years!
And, I want to help you get some too!

If any of you ever need one-on-one help with getting free stuff, I would love to help you!
All you have to do is send me a message on Facebook!

Free Samples:

Many companies give out free samples.
You just have to find the ones that are.

There are a lot of sites that claim to provide you with free samples if you sign up with them,
but most of them are not worth wasting your time on.
Example: FreeFly.com

My favorite is MySavings.com. You don't have to be a member or sign up to anything.
They provide a long list of companies that are giving away free samples and you just click on the offers you are interested in and fill out the form on the company's webpage.

This site also updates very often, so they usually always have the newest freebies that are out there.

I have been to maaaany sample sites and this one is by far my favorite :) Easy, simple, effective.

Some companies give away samples via Facebook.
You have to Like their page to be able to get the sample.

If you are not sure about using Facebook to get free samples,
I will tell you that you should give it a try.

At first, I didn't sign up for any samples if I needed to use my Facebook,
but many companies are using this method now days, so I gave in.
And I am not regretting it :)

The samples that are given away on Facebook are usually really nice size samples!
So...give it a try!

Okay, so your not going to get to stop shopping just because
you are signing up for free samples, but they can come in handy!

I love getting free stuff in the mail and my three year old son loves it even more
(except those free pad samples...he hasn't figured out a use for them yet).

I have gone months without buying any sort of facial cleanser or moisturizers
because I just use my samples that I sign up for.

And for some reason, you can get a lot of tampon and pad samples,
so I like to sign up for those because it saves me money.

Another sample I like to sign up for is toothpaste.
Toothpaste samples are always a nice size (like a travel size tube)
and when we run out because I forget to pick some up that week,
I usually have a sample laying around.

Just remember, it takes a little while to get samples in the mail.
Most say they will mail out in 6-8 weeks.

BUT, it is worth the wait. And if you check often
(I check MySavings.com daily...but that's just me. I am addicted.)
and you sign up often, you will get samples in the mail all of the time.

Once they start coming, you will be addicted too ;)

Writing to Companies:

Another creative way (and my favorite way) to get free stuff is by writing to companies.

I have gotten soooo many coupons for FREE, FULL SIZE products in the mail lately!

I just recently started doing this and I was amazed at how many companies
were willing to send me coupons for totally free products and other coupons,
and how fast I got them!

Here's the secret:

If you are ever unsatisfied with a product you purchased,
write to the company and tell them your issue.

 It's really easy.
Go to their website, find the Contact Us link,
and fill out the form explaining your issue.

They want to keep our business,
so when someone complains,
they send free products to make up for the problem.

Most of the time, they ask for the products barcode numbers and such.
If you don't have it, just tell them and they should send you a coupon anyway.

Here is a list of companies that I have
successfully gotten full-size free products from:

I can guarantee that if you try this, you will get free full-size products!

My tips:
Be honest
Explain in detail
Be patient
Be grateful for your free stuff :)

After you contact the company, they will respond to you by email.
This usually takes about 2 days.
They may ask you for more information or just let you know
that they are sending some coupons by mail.

It usually takes about 2 weeks or less to get your coupons!

Another tip:
Use your coupons at Wal-Mart if you can.
They have always taken mine without any problems.
Some stores like the Family Dollar do not accept free product coupons.

Also, you may have to pay tax on the product.
Example: I had to pay $0.75 for a 12 pack of Coke because that was the tax.

So...Are you ready to try it?

Sign Up to Sample Groups:

I am signed up to a few groups that give away products for you to try out and then review them. These are the best kind of freebies to get because they are full size products and sometimes you can get multiple items.

I just got this box today from the Mom's Meet Group:

It was full of Earth's Best baby food, a bottle of Earth's Best
baby wash and toothpaste with a baby toothbrush.
Pretty awesome huh?

All I have to do in return is sample the product with other moms and take a survey letting the company know how I like their product.

If you qualify, you can become a "Mom Ambassador" with the Mom's Meet group.

Mom Ambassadors lead groups of parents in discussion meetings, and act as ambassadors to present topics, products, and services that they think would be valuable to the parents in their communities.

You won't get samples from this group very often, but when you do, it is very worth it as you can see! Click the link to learn more about this group.

Another group (which is easier to join) is Smiley 360. It is about the same as the Mom's Meet group, but it is for individual people, so you don't get samples to share with your friends. But, qualifying and signing up is easier.

I haven't been a member to this group very long, but I did get my first product to sample a few days ago. It was a full size box of Advil Congestion medication (which came just in time because we all had the flu around here!). It also came with a lot of coupons!

House Party is another group you can sign up for to get opportunities to try products. It is a group sample, so you are supposed to host a party and give out the samples that you get.

You have to be selected to host a party and there are a lot of people trying to get a spot on the lists, but I have gotten a few of their samples and they are always great!

If you want to try any sort of sampling group, I would suggest these three first. I've gotten stuff from them, they are real and there is no strings attached! Just be sure to research their site to make sure it is something you would like to be a part of. Good luck :)
